We've always said that networking is about relationships, and whilst we don't believe that an online directory can replace personal connections, we do think that there is value in creating a referral forum of like-minded people. We've decided to use the leading online tool 'LinkedIn' as the framework for this network.

The Management Advantage group we've established on LinkedIn is open only to people who have attended one of our networking workshops - which means that every person within this group is attuned not only to the benefits of networking, but also to the notion that being willing to put your own connections at the service of others is ultimately the most rewarding and fulfilling way of going about it. And rest assured, your privacy is protected and you can leave the group whenever you want.
